
Electrolytes, potassium, vitamin C, antioxidants, and sodium give this drink a natural way to keep you hydrated, energized, and healthy!
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup brewed green tea
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 TBSP lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Ice
- Lime Wedge for garnish
Directions
1. Brew green tea and let it cool completely.
2. Add the coconut water, green tea, strawberries, lime juice, salt, and sweetner to a blender.
3. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
4. Pour over a glass of ice and garnish with lime wedge. Enjoy!
